Our liability is limited to the amount paid out under our professional liability insurance, less the applicable deductible.
The insurance policy may be inspected at our office on request. Our lawyers are members of the Netherlands Bar (Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten) and comply with its professional rules and codes of conduct. These rules and codes can be found on the website of the Netherlands Bar.
SKE Advocaten has an internal complaints procedure. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, it will have to be settled through civil proceedings.
