Alongside her work as a lawyer, she gives many lectures, courses and presentations. She also publishes articles in various professional journals, including the Tijdschrift voor Diergeneeskunde (Dutch Journal of Veterinary Medicine). She teaches animal and veterinary law at Utrecht University.
